We want you to be happy with every piece you receive from 925 Silver Jewellery. Please read our return and refund terms carefully before placing an order.

Overview

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of jewellery and hygiene reasons, returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We currently accept returns only for damaged, defective or incorrect items, subject to the conditions mentioned below.

Change of mind, style preference or minor variations in colour/finish are not accepted as valid reasons for return or refund.

Your item may be eligible for return or replacement if:

  • The product received is physically damaged on arrival.
  • You received a wrong item compared to what was ordered.
  • The product has a major manufacturing defect (subject to verification).

To qualify, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order, with clear photos and order details.

Condition

3. Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unused.
  • In their original packaging with all tags, boxes and certificates (if any).
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, payment receipt).
Non-returnable

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following are typically non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Items purchased on clearance / final sale (if clearly mentioned).
  • Customised, personalised or engraved jewellery.
  • Items damaged due to improper use, mishandling or lack of care.

5. Return & Refund Process

To request a return or refund, please email us at sales@925silverjewelry.com within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with:

  • Your full name and contact number
  • Order ID and date of purchase
  • Clear photos/videos showing the issue
  • A short description of the problem

Our team will review your request and respond with the next steps. If approved, we will guide you on how and where to ship the item back.

Refunds

6. Refunds & Replacement

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request. If approved, we may offer one of the following, depending on the situation:

  • A replacement of the same product (subject to stock availability).
  • An alternative product of similar value (with your confirmation).
  • A refund to your original payment method or store credit.

Refund processing time may vary by bank or payment provider, but generally takes 7–14 working days after approval.

Shipping

7. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a mistake on our side (wrong product sent, confirmed defect, etc.), we may cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping charges as communicated in advance.

In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
